Cary Man Charged With Murder In Death Of Passenger

A Cary man is charged in the murder of his roommate.

Baldomero Reyes was arrested Wednesday morning on a second-degree murder charge. Police believe he was drunk when his car ran off the road on Cary Town Boulevard on Christmas Eve.

Policarpo Antero, who was sitting the back seat, died.

Reyes is being held on $500,000 bond.
