The lone survivor of a deadly shooting in Moore County has suffered a setback.
Amanda Cook was found bleeding on the road last Friday. The 15-year-old girl was improving and had been upgraded to serious condition.

However, a First Health hospital representative told WRAL that Cook took a turn for the worse Thursday night and she is now listed in critical condition.
