My colleague, WRAL Smart Shopper Faye Prosser, is offering one of her very informative workshops on Feb. 18.

She'll cover everything from how to use coupons effectively to the importance of meal planing if you want to cut your grocery store bills in half. I have attended one of Faye's workshops and I can easily say that she saves me money every week when I do my shopping.
