Peeping charge dismissed against Raleigh man

Editor's Note: All charges against Martinson were later dismissed.

Raleigh police have arrested a man accused of peeping at a Brier Creek tanning salon.

Patrick Martinson, 31, was charged with misdemeanor secret peeping on Wednesday. Police said the alleged peeping took place at Planet Beach, at 8521 Brier Creek Parkway.

Martinson was out on bond Saturday.
