SE Raleigh Homeowners Ask For Annexation To Get City Water

A group of homeowners is asking Raleigh to take them in to help with their tainted wells.

About 20 homeowners, who live near Barwell and Poole roads, want Raleigh to annex them so they can get city water.

They claim the total cost is more than $110,000. They are looking for grants to help cover the cost.
