Body Found In Smithfield Identified As Missing Woman

Authorities say a body found in Smithfield is that of a missing woman with Alzheimers disease.

Helena Sanders, 80, disappeared more than a week ago.

The State Medical Examiner has identified a body found Sunday as Sanders.

A cause of death has not been released, but the medical examiner says there is no sign of foul play.
