Body Found In Smithfield May Be Missing Alzheimers Patient

The search for a missing Alzheimer's patient may have come to an end among the weeds of a Johnston County field.

Helena Sanders, 80, disappeared from her Smithfield home a week ago.

Two men cutting grass found a decomposed body in a field Sunday.

Detectives have sent for Sanders medical records in New York, to see if there is a match.
