Wake Authorities Arrest Fort Bragg Soldier On Rape Charges

The Wake County Sheriff's office arrested a Fort Bragg soldier on statutory rape charges.

Jason Simpson, 24, is charged with raping a 6-year-old child in Cumberland County.

Last fall, Simpson was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child in Wake County.

He is out of jail on bond.
