Defense Task Force Completes Study On Domestic Violence

from the U.S. Department of Defense has finished its final study.

The task force has been in place since 1999, but members visited Fort Bragg last summer after a rash of domestic killings.

The 200-page report calls for a fatality review board, better training and a victim's advocate program.

That program would not require the advocate to report problems to military commanders.
