Rocky Mount Police Look For Suspect In Bank Robbery

Rocky Mount authorities are looking for the person who robbed the First Union Bank on Sunset Street on Friday.

The suspect is described as a white male between 5-11 and 6-feet, wearing a blue-jean jacket, white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Police said the suspect entered the bank shortly before 2 p.m. and gave a teller an envelope and note demanding money. The teller placed the money in the envelope, and the suspect fled out the same door he had entered.
