Indictments Expected For Members Of State Ag Commissioner's Election Team

Federal indictments are expected Tuesday surrounding campaign fund-raising by current state Ag commissioner Meg Scott Phipps' election team.

WRAL does not know yet who is on the indictment list.

The federal investigation is connected to a similar probe conducted by the State Board of Elections last summer.

Following that investigation, two of Phipps' top aides resigned.
