DOT To Permanently Close Access Loop In Durham

Motorists will have to make alternate plans for their Durham commute.

The state Department of Transportation said it will permanently close the loop on Roxboro Road accessing Interstate 85 North on Saturday, Jan. 4.

Motorists needing to use the loop are asked to take the connector between Roxboro Road and Avondale Drive to I-85 North.
