More than two dozen peole have been displaced after a fire tore at north Raleigh apartment complex Wednesday night.
Authorities said four units at the Sailboat Bay apartments were damaged. The apartments are located off Lynn Ridge Road.

Authorities said the fire was ignited by a tenant who fell asleep while smoking a cigarette.
The building was evacuated. Red Cross officials provided shelter for those who needed a place to stay.
Investigators said the man who started the fire will not be charged because it was an accident. No one was injured.
