Suspect In Raleigh Restaurant Shooting Extradited To Wake County

The last suspect wanted in a restaurant murder in Raleigh is back in Wake County.

Raleigh police believe Deon Partridge shot and killed Kamell Kersey last month during an attempted robbery at a Sonic drive-in restaurant.

Partridge was arrested last week in Georgia.

Authorities indicted three other people in the case. Tiffini Martin, her sister Sheri, and James Garrett each face murder charges in the case.
