Two truck drivers face charges after a pair of accidents Tuesday that tied up traffic along Interstate 95 in Cumberland County.

In an early morning wreck, state Highway Patrol troopers said the driver of a tractor-trailer reached for a drink and lost control of the vehicle. The driver was cited for unsafe movement.

Tuesday afternoon, near the location of the first wreck, another tractor-trailer burst into flames after rear-ending a vehicle. The truck driver was fined for not slowing down.
