Wake Forest Rest Home Cleared In State Investigation

A Wake Forest nursing home has been cleared after a state investigation.

Last month, an 85-year-old said someone at the Hillside Nursing Center hit her on the head and pinched her nose.

State investigators said that claim is unsubstantiated because the patient accused two other nursing assistants that same week.
