Convicted Killer To Get New Sentencing Hearing

Convicted killer Bobby Lee Harris will get a new sentencing hearing.

Harris was at the center of a controversial ad for Benetton. A jury sentenced Harris to death for the murder of an Onslow County man before the courts overturned his death sentence last year.

The prosecution announced that they will once again seek the death penalty.

A date for the sentencing has not been set.
