Durham Has One Year To Choose Path For Northern Durham Parkway

Durham has one year to choose a path for the proposed northern Durham Parkway or lose funding for the project.

The state Department of Transportation set a February 2003 deadline.

If Durham decides it does not want a loop, then nearly $200 million set aside for the project could be lost.
