I'm Deborah Morgan and Apex Man thinks he has Cove in 19 but he's not sure that's because as a result they're not back yet Nearly a week after his test was done W Orioles Kathryn Brown is practicing social distancing from home She joins us now live with this man's experiences some of which you know all too well Catherine Yeah I could certainly identify with what he is going through he says At this point is test results seem kind of anti climactic and he's not sure whether knowing any earlier would have actually changed his behavior Of the more than 1600 square feet in this apex home Tim McLean has been living in on Lee 300 feet of it It's been tough being in this bedroom you can see around me I've been in this bedroom with an attached bathroom for what 15 days now 16 days like the minute that I knew that if something was going on I sequestered myself from my wife and my 18 year old son Something going on Mr MacLean came down with the symptoms It was scary set of 11 days in a row where I had a fever in this cough And uh in this headache McClane emailed our newsroom with his story and spoke by way of Skype with photo Journalist Richard Atkins e still have a call He's been keeping a diary of his experience This was no vacation Theo McLane was able to stream some podcasts and movies but there were so many days where I couldn't even look at the screen You know it's just like you just opened in the eyes and I got these great screens right next to you right now Like when I was sick I could not even look at them So nine times out of 10 I'd be laying in bed with the next episode on my phone with these earbuds in and just listening we've been trying to be very very careful because this this you just It's a bad thing This virus is war That's Debbie McClane Tim's her husband There's a lot to think through as she takes care of him It's a lot and then like when he named his laundry done it won't open old bathrobe put it on backwards like a snuggie and grabbed his stuff went downstairs because I don't want to contaminate anything I was wearing for McClane Luckily he seems to be getting better and I think this is now Day three I have not had a fever I feel like my old self again MacLean believes he must have picked up either the Corona virus or whatever he has from a gas station handle or a public restroom traveling to and from Virginia where he's been traveling lately to take care of his sick father We've got his entire video diary on our website W r a l dot com Debra We know they're working hard to test patients but those test results just don't seem to come fast enough for some folks so you understand their frustration
