<b>APEX, N.C.</b> — Police arrested an Apex man Wednesday who they say smoked marijuana with a teenager.

Investigators said that David Howard Hartings, of 310 Wrenn St., smoked marijuana with a 14-year-old last December. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on him during his arrest this week, police said.

Hartings was charged with misdemeanor child abuse, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
