Another World’s Fair Heads to Queens, This One for Foodies

An enormous, globally diverse food festival called World’s Fare, which is meant to recall the world’s fairs that were held in Flushing, Queens, decades ago, will move into the parking lot of Citi Field this month. Some culinary heavy-hitters like Claus Meyer, Jessica B. Harris and the street food expert K.F. Seetoh of Singapore are helping to set the lineup of 100 or so chefs, food vendors and restaurants that will participate. Craft breweries, art and music are part of it. Tickets, from $19 to $199, are now available.
