Rising sophomore wide receiver Brody Keefe will transfer to Myers Park High School, he announced on Twitter. Keefe played his freshman season at Marvin Ridge High School in Union County.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Keefe is already one of the top wideout prospects in the class of 2026. He has received offers from the University of Arkansas, UNC-Charlotte, East Carolina University, the University of Georgia, Liberty University, Middle Tennessee State University, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest University.

Marvin Ridge finished last season with a 5-6 overall record. The Mavericks fell to county rival Weddington in the first round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association's 4A state playoffs. Keefe caught 18 passes for 327 yards and a touchdown.

Myers Park finished last season with a 3-7 mark. The Mustangs hired a new coach this offseason in Chris James. Myers Park has also added prominent assistants like Anthony Boone, Maurice Harris, Captain Munnerlyn, and Darius Kilgo.
