Amber Alert canceled for missing 21-month-old Robeson County boy
The Red Springs Police Department has canceled the Amber Alert for Colvin W. Zavier of Red Springs.

He is a 21-month-old black male, standing 2 feet tall and weighing 30 pounds.
He has brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what the child was last wearing.
He was believed to be with 20-year-old Sabrina Danielle Locklear.
Locklear is described as a Native American female, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds.
She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, black or brown boots and a black or brown jacket.
The child and suspect were last seen the Westgate Terrace Apartments in Red Springs.
The possible vehicle is black four-door sedan.
