A secretary in the North Carolina Attorney General's Office has been charged with drug trafficking after a traffic stop in Oklahoma, authorities said.

OKLAHOMA CITY — A secretary in the North Carolina Attorney General's Office has been charged with drug trafficking after a traffic stop in Oklahoma, authorities said.

Susan Gail Freeman, 41, of 122 Bennett Road in Goldsboro, was charged with trafficking cocaine and trafficking marijuana. She is a secretary in the Legal Services Division of the Attorney General's Office.

Freeman was arrested last Sunday on Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City. Authorities found a cardboard box containing 31½ pounds of marijuana wrapped in bundles and two bricks of cocaine totaling 1½ pounds, according to an arrest report.
