Terri and Jay and Maggie. Congratulations. I mean, I'm sure it's still a surreal, surreal feeling for the swamp family. It is. It hasn't really sunk in yet. I mean, it's only been, you know, a day and a half, but at every moment we keep calling her him. We keep saying he, you know, and things like that. It's just it's crazy. We just had the official hospital photographs taken, and it was just so strange. Way we have no pink. We literally the outfit that she wore in these pictures we had 28 years ago when Tyler was born, just in case, you know, it was a girl. So we literally have no pink baby stuff at home at all. So I mean, you guys had no idea No, no, especially now. I mean, the last, you know, I mean, we got toe, I don't know, six or eight boys, and we just thought, Wow, that's strange. I guess there's just not a girl in cars, but then you get to 13 or 14. You go. There's gotta be something medically going on here. You know, that prohibits us for him in the girls. So it was you talk about a shock, we're still in shock. And then from there, I mean, can you just walk me through those moments where the doctor says, or how you found out? Yeah, well, eso again. It was It was crazy. You know, we got here and generally, I mean, we've been through this 14 times. You get to the hospital, you get settled in water breaks, the doctor comes in, you have a baby, and it's that's just azizia as it is, this one. They knew that there were some issues so that they whisked her away, um, to the operating room. And I was just kind of left hanging all by myself for a bit. Put the scrubs on. They came and got me and said, Okay, it's gonna have to be, you know, an emergency c section. So I went in and of course, there's, I don't know, eight or 10 doctors and nurses and other staff in there. And we hung out behind the curtain holding hands and, you know, just kind of praying and hoping that everything was going good and, uh, the nurses, that was cool, because most of the nurses here no us You know, we've had several Children here s O and they said this has got to be a girl. Everything is so different. And their poker faces were perfect. Um, they said, Would you like to come over and reveal the gender of your 15th child? I thought, Sure, you know e know what it's gonna be. And I walked over there and I just started crying. He could barely tell me. E clear this for a while. E It's a girl. And I said I'd better go look again. And it was still a girl e. What about for you Now, in these days that have followed the birth of you Had a moment, let it sink in that you're not as outnumbered. Yeah. And I started thinking about, you know, now I have a little girl to do things with. The possibilities are endless. It kind of gets rid of you. Gotta get all new stuff, right? I mean, do you have anything for a little girl at home or what way? Literally have nothing on. It's gonna be cool. I mean, that's you know, everybody always said, What can you imagine? What would you ever do if you had a girl, and I just I would always I think our let me, you know, we have to go buy new clothes and new stuff. Toys, You know, she can't. Eventually she'll have, I'm sure. BB guns and bows and arrows like the boys. But she needs girls stuff we wanna and no, everybody's going on. She's gonna be such a tomboy. I want a girly girl. You know, I finally got a girl I wanted to do. Dance and stuff, not hockey and football weight control over that. Well, how about her name? Is there any significance behind it? I mean, after picking 14 boys, it's got to be pretty tough there is. I mean, there is significance, but we did not even consider a girl's name. We before we came to the hospital. We have not even discussed it. So all of a sudden we have a girl, and we thought, Well, it can't be, you know, Theodore Carlos eso Maggie. Her Qataris middle name is Margaret. And we thought Oh, that's cool. You know, we could name her Margaret and call her Maggie, and we were gonna call her Maggie. We want as well just name her Maggie on. Then Her middle name is Jane J. Y. Any and I'm Jay. So she is named after us. On what? A fitting end an end? Is this an end? This has to be Oh, tha this is like, you know, winning a Super Bowl and then retiring. You know, this is this'll is the perfect way to end it, you know? And, you know, given our age and everything else, it just felt really the last time with number 14. It felt like that was the end. But this really feels Yeah, this really feels like the end here. And then now I mean, why not? You know, like I said, kind of riding off into the sunset here, so

I'm meteorologist K Campbell in the wr severe weather center. Here's your weekend forecast looks pretty good. On Saturday, there is a small chance for rain. That would be first thing very early in the morning in our northern counties. The rest of the day looks pretty good, partly cloudy, mid to perhaps upper seventies. By Sunday, it's much cooler. Highs struggle to get into the sixties even. It's a cloudy day and we've got some scattered showers in the forecast Sunday, but we're on the stable side of the front. So we're not severe weather on Sunday and we really could use some rain. We'll get to that in a minute. Let's talk about your Saturday planner because that's going to be the day to be outside 63 at 8 a.m. by noon, 71 and will be in the mid to upper seventies during the afternoon. Still in the low to mid seventies by dinner time. Future cash shows pretty quiet, start to the day. Perhaps a few showers in our northern counties and cloud cover to start, but those clouds clear and we'll see more sunshine later on before we cloud back overnight into Sunday morning. Scattered showers are possible throughout the first part of the day, Sunday and then we'll see a band of steadier rain make its way in as we head into Sunday evening and perhaps Sunday night as well. Early on, we need any rain, we can get the drought monitor showing an expanded region for abnormally dry and yellow. That's the morning stage before you reach drought status. So we really need some rain to prevent drought from developing as we head into the month of May. The system that's bringing our rain chances for your Friday night is this area of low pressure along with a cold front draped to the south. That cold front is going to knock temperatures down as well. We're down to 46 degrees on Monday morning, 44 we had to lower the low Tuesday morning because there's not likely to be as much cloud cover and that's going to allow temperatures to fall even further. But for the weekend morning will wake up to temperatures near 60 Saturday morning and in the lower fifties again on Sunday morning. If you are running the Tar Heel 10 miler, we got some pretty nice weather for it. A 20% chance for rain for early on. Otherwise temperatures will be in the low to mid 60 s. Looks like some pretty good running weather for us. Looking ahead to next week, we're still on the cooler side start 66. But Monday trending more sunshine And then as we get into Tuesday, Wednesday, we're likely to be back in the seventies, Wednesday. We've got a cold front coming the way it looks now. Only a small 20% chance for rain with the front, but it is going to knock temperatures down again. Not as dramatic but low temperatures could be back in the upper forties with highs in the upper sixties to lower seventies toward the end of next week.
