LONGS, S.C. — An active duty Fort Bragg soldier has been charged in connection to the shooting of a 21-year-old Fayetteville woman in South Carolina, WMBF reports.
De-Erica Fisher was shot to death Sunday afternoon in a field near Highway 9 in Longs, which is near North Myrtle Beach on the North Carolina-South Carolina line, according to police.
