Accident Injures Four on Interstate 95

The one-vehicle accident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at mile marker 110 on northbound I-95, north of the border with Johnston County.

KENLY, N.C. — Four people were injured in an accident on Interstate 95 in Wilson County on Sunday afternoon.

The one-vehicle accident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at mile marker 110 on northbound I-95, north of the border with Johnston County.

Two people were ejected from the car, troopers said. Duke Life Flight was called in, along with emergency personnel from both Wilson and Johnston counties.

The state Highway Patrol also worked the scene.

All lanes on I-95 North were open around 4:15 p.m., troopers said.
