Alanis Morissette with special guest Garbage (Coastal Credit Union Music Park (formerly Walnut Creek Amphitheatre), 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - It is the ultimate 1990s show! Alanis Morissette will be playing Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh on Sunday. She will be joined by the band Garbage and Cat Power.
Triangle Pop-Up Market at Boxyard RTP (Boxyard RTP, 900 Park Offices Drive, Durham) - On Saturday, Triangle Pop-Up will hold a market from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the newly opened Boxyard RTP. Check out a highly curated selection of accessories, clothing, home goods, custom gifts and more by local artists and makers.

NCMA Summer Movies: The Wiz (Joseph M. Bryan Jr. Theater in the Museum Park (N.C. Museum of Art), 2110 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh) - Enjoy an outdoor screening of this movie on Saturday night at the North Carolina Museum of Art's outdoor theater. Admission is free for museum members and children 6 years old and under. Tickets for non-members are admitted for $7.
The Best of North Hills: Fall Concert Series (Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park @ North Hills, 4011 Cardinal at North Hills St., Raleigh) - Enjoy some of the best area tribute bands during this outdoor concert at North Hills' Midtown Park Friday night form 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is $10 and children ages 13 years and younger are admitted for free.
Brit Floyd (Durham Performing Arts Center, 123 Vivian St., Durham) - Brit Floyd, "The World's Greatest Pink Floyd Show" returns to Durham Performing Arts Center Saturday night.
Pop-Up Raleigh Art and Vintage Market (Trophy Brewing and Taproom (Maywood), 656 Maywood Avenue, Raleigh) - Pop-Up Raleigh is downtown Raleigh's original monthly artisan market. It takes place Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. at Trophy Brewing and Taproom on Maywood Avenue.
The NCMA and Cat's Cradle Present: Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Tank and The Bangas with Sweet Crude (Joseph M. Bryan Jr. Theater in the Museum Park (N.C. Museum of Art), 2110 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh) - Enjoy some live music at the North Caroline Museum of Art's outdoor theater on Friday night. Tickets are $36 for museum members and $40 for nonmembers.

The show is free to attend.
