No plans for the weekend? Here's what's happening on the family fun front.

Raleigh's Dix Park will host a Family Pirate Night movie night. Gates open at 7 p..m, Saturday, July 10. The featured movie will be "Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl." Moviegoers are encouraged to come dressed in their best pirate costume and possibly win a prize. Tickets are free, but you'll need to reserve them in advance.
The Raleigh Flyers, the Triangle's professional ultimate Frisbee team, will host a home game at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 10, at Durham County Memorial Stadium. Tickets are $6 for ages 6 to 13 and $12 for ages 14 an up. The event includes lots of family-friendly fun, including a free ultimate clinic during the second quarter for ages 6 to 17.
The Carolina Mudcats is hosting home games against Lynchburg through Sunday, July 11. Fireworks are planned after Friday night's game.
The Holly Springs Salamanders will play a home game at Ting Stadium against the South Wake Shakes at 5:40 p.m., July 11.
The N.C. Museum of History will be handing out free take-home craft kits from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, July 10. Kids can make a corn husk doll.
Take a walk and read a picture book with your little ones at these StoryWalks across the region.
The N.C. Museum of Art will host an outdoor screening of "The Goonies" from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, July 10. Tickets are $7.
Saturday, July 10, is family day at the Apex Farmers Market. Find live music, activities for kids and giveaways. The market is open from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturdays.
And in Fayetteville, the Repticon expo will include a visit from the Cool Zoo, an interactive wildlife travel exhibit that features a variety of exotic animals, including an eight-foot boa constrictor. Tickets to Repticon are $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5 to 12.
