The Triangle woke up to a beautiful but surprisingly chilly Sunday. According to WRAL meteorologist Mike Moss, the work week will be much, much warmer.
Highs will top out in the mid 60s on Sunday, but a warm, sunny week is ahead.
According to Moss, Monday will see a high around 70 degrees before temperatures climb into the 80s for the remainder of the work week.
No rain is expected for several days, so it will be a perfect week to break out the shorts and T-shirts and enjoy outdoor activities.
