63-year-old Milwaukee man shot with a pellet gun while riding bicycle

The St. Francis Police Department received a 911 call that a bicyclist was shot with a pellet gun.

MILWAUKEE, WI — The St. Francis Police Department received a 911 call that a bicyclist was shot with a pellet gun.

Officers arrived to a location on S. Lake Drive and learned that the bicyclist, a 63-year-old Milwaukee man, was actually struck by a pellet gun while riding his bike near Oklahoma and Clement in Milwaukee.

The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon.

Milwaukee Police are handling the incident and continue to search for suspects.
