During the holidays, we're taking a bit of a break here at Go Ask Mom. But, if you're looking for weekend activities, we won't completely leave you hanging.
WRAL.com's Out & About calendar lists community events across the Triangle.
And our Winter Break Guide offers up lots of activities, including several for this weekend. Here's what's up:
- The NC Museum of Natural Sciences will screen "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" on Friday, Dec. 27.
- Carolina Ballet's The Nutcracker continues through Sunday, Dec. 29.
- The Chinese Lantern Festival at Booth Amphitheatre in Cary continues for another couple of weeks
- Other holiday light shows continue through New Year's Eve.
- A sprawling model train exhibit is on view at Raleigh's Union Station
- Local museums have new and refreshed exhibits.
Check the Winter Break Guide for more details about each of these activities.
