— A Triangle contractor sentenced to up to 76 months in prison faces new charges of obtaining property by false pretense, according to an arrest warrant obtained Friday.

Richard Stacy pleaded guilty last week to 27 felonies, all but one having to do with his remodeling business, which had several names – Customized Contracting, RPS Contracting and RPS Builders.

The latest charges allege Stacy accepted more than $34,000 from a Durham homeowner last July for renovations he did not do, according to the court documents.
