Every Friday evening, we highlight the top - and bottom - scoring restaurants. However, most restaurants fall in the middle of the scale.<br />

So we turn to our viewers for the Restaurants by Request segment, and ask you what restaurants you want to hear about.<br />

We get each restaurant's last three regular inspection reports, so you can have an idea of the restaurant's history, which shows a more complete picture of its ongoing sanitation practices.<br />

Some restaurants receive a two-point bonus for attending a food safety course. We do not include those points, because they have nothing to do with the actual sanitation of the restaurant at the time of the inspection.<br />
