The Bristol, Pa.,-based company said the recall covers ceramic warmer dishes with a rack and tea light candle. Flames from the tea candle can extend up the sides of the dish. A label on the bottom of the dish can smoke excessively when exposed to flame.
Lenox officials said they had received eight reports of such incidents, none of which caused any injuries.
A label with Lenox and the SKU number is on the bottom of affected dish warmers. The recall covers SKU numbers 782673, 782697, 782670, 783368, 783357 and 783362.
It includes the following patterns: Holiday, Winter Greetings, Holiday Gatherings, Orchard & Bloom, Butler’s Pantry and Butterfly Meadow.
Consumers should immediately stop using recalled dish warmers and return them to the store where they were bought for a full refund.
