On the menu this week we have BBQ Crockpot chicken, steaks on the grill, sesame ginger tofu and veggies, spinach and cheese quesadillas and more! What's on your menu?
Stir fry sesame ginger tofu and vegetables (Nasoya tofu $2.19 at HT - $1.50/2 coupon doubled through 3/29 = .69!
Rice - free from somewhere - can't remember now! :-)
Kahiki vegetable egg rolls (on sale at HT super doubles through 3/29 BOGO - $1 coupon from penguin coupon display found in some grocery stores)
Spinach and cheese quesadillas
Fat free refried beans
Fruit (maybe the grapes from Food Lion this week)
Sugar snap peas
Creamy pasta and shrimp with Ronzoni Garden Delight pasta (free from Food Lion weeks ago), shrimp (BOGO Food Lion), Philly cream cheese sauce (free at HT with $1.50 coupon doubled through 3/29)
BBQ chicken breast in the Crockpot (chicken breast 2.5 lb frozen for $3.99 at HT with e-VIC special)
Fruit (probably some orange slices)
Steaks on the grill (bought on sale a while ago and hiding in the freezer. It was a nice find as we clean out the extra freezer to move to the new house)
Baked sweet potatoes (or maybe sweet potato fries if I am feeling ambitious)
Not sure yet - maybe breakfast for dinner - maybe a mushroom quiche - maybe a bowl of cereal ;-)
