Here are the Food Lion deals starting February 9 and ending February 15. Valentines items are on sale as well as Holly Farms chicken breast BOGO and Food Lion shrimp BOGO.

Food Lion e-coupons: You will also notice that Food Lion now has e-coupons. Click on the link in the coupon box to the left. Create an account with Food Lion.com using your current MVP card or log in if you already have one. You will then be able to add e-coupons to your Food Lion MVP card by clicking on the coupons you want. These are not printable coupons. They are added to your MVP card and when you buy the item and your MVP card is scanned, the discount comes off automatically. These are manufacturer's coupons from RedPlum and are not meant to be coupled with hard copy manufacturer's coupon

Food Lion printable coupons: This week's Food Lion printable coupons include .50/1 Nestle Tollhouse Morsels, .50 off any size Peanut Chews. These are store coupons and the link for them is in the box above. They both expire February 15.
