Toys R Us open 24 hours until Christmas Eve

I received an e-mail today from Toys R Us indicating that they are going to be open 24 hours a day until Christmas Eve.  The Cary Crossroads store is open through 10 pm on 12/24 and the Durham Westgate store is open through 9 pm on 12/24.

I have to admit, I feel sorry for the employees who have to work these crazy hours. If they were open until midnight, that seems like enough to me. Do we really need to be out toy shopping at 3 AM? Anyone else have any thoughts? Have you heard of any other stores going to 24 hours just for the holidays?
