I had a new prescription filled at Target tonight. Of course I used the coupon for a $10 gift card when you fill a new script.  We needed milk and veggie burgers (using $1 printable coupon = $2.34 per box) so I did a little grocery shopping using the gift card. While shopping, I saw a few deals.  Some of these may be store specific since they recently remodeled and added the produce and meat (Garner, White Oak store). Hopefully the eggs are a Triangle-wide sale since it's such a good price. Sale prices end on Saturday so only 2 more days to get those eggs (unless they continue the sale, of course).

Eggs, 1 dozen .99 - a good price

Pineapple - $2.66 each

Healthy Choice entrees $1.75 - $.00/2 printable = $1.25 each

Target brand OJ 64 oz $1.99

Rolaids $1.99 - $4/2 Pepcid, Rolaids coupon from 6/6 RP = 2 Free

Pampers Wipes $2.39 - $2/1 wipes coupon from 6/6 P&G = .39 ( I have heard these are free at Walmart with the coupon but have not verified yet)

Edy’s,  Nestle, or Haagen-Dazs Frozen Treats on sale for $2.50 and earn a $5 Target gift card when you buy 5.  Use the $1/2 Edy’s coupon from 5/16 SS and 5/23 Parade and $1/1 Nestle Drumstick coupon from 5/2 SS

Buy 4 Edy's ice cream and 1 Nestle Drumstick. Use 2 coupons for $1/2 Edy's and 1 Nestle Drumstick $1 coupon. Total after coupons at register = $9.50. Total after coupons and $5 gift card = $4.50 (.90 each)

Totally off topic - we also went to dinner at Chick Fil A. I had planned to use a Groupon coupon but we didn't want to drive into Raleigh tonight so we went with the Chick Fil A coupons. After all coupons were tendered the 4 of us ate for $6.10 total  (including ice cream cones for the kids!).  That's $1.52 per person. I used a combination of calendar coupons, coupons the girls received from the school for good grades, and a free spicy chicken sandwich coupon I got when I got my free sandwich sneak peek last week.  They were fine with taking all of them. We just love Chick Fil A! After our $6 dinner we headed over to Target to get $10 in free groceries with the gift card. What a nice frugal night!
