Harris Teeter coupons in paper today

There are a bunch of coupons in today's N & O on page 9A. Some are for .50 off any item, some are $1.00 off any item $2 or more, and there are 2 coupons for $5 off any $40 purchase.
The coupons are only good today through Sunday March 14.
Because Lowe's Foods takes competitor's coupons for $ off $$ (like $4 off $40 purchase) they should also accept these coupons.
The coupons do say that they are not to be used with Manufacturer's coupons and that the $5 discounts are off the total after coupons have been applied. Your mileage may vary on this one. The cashiers may let you use the $5 coupon before manufacturer and other HT coupons, but the coupon clearly states that the $40 purchase requirement is to be met AFTER all other discounts and coupons have been applied.
The coupon page also indicates that each VIC household is limited to one of each of the 10 coupons below.
I'll be using my coupons on Sunday when I shop HT. I am seeing free gum in my future!
