Morningstar Asian veggie burgers (on sale at Target this week for $2.99 - $1 printable coupon that was available a few weeks ago = $1.99). There was also a $1/2 coupon from 8/7 RP
Mashed potatoes
Steamed carrots - $1.17 for 2 pounds at Harris Teeter everyday - that's only .58/lb - a very good price
Cinnamon apples (a Honey Baked Ham side dish I had in the freezer)
BBQ beef sausage in the slow cooker - Hillshire beef sausage on sale for $2.50 this week at HT, used $1.00 printable coupon from their Facebook page = .50!)
Whole grain rice
Spinach salad
Stir fry teriyaki tofu and veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onion) - Nasoya tofu only 19 cents per container (we use 2 containers for the meal) with $1 printable coupon doubled at Harris Teeter through Tuesday.
Mahatma saffron rice - free with coupons
Apple slices
Grilled chicken marinated in Italian dressing (Wishbone is .85 at HT through Tuesday with $1 coupon super doubled) - using chicken breast from freezer that was $1.75/lb from Lowes Foods a few weeks ago
Pasta salad with veggies (using Barilla piccolini pasta that was on sale at HT and Lowes Foods with .55 coupon within the last couple weeks = .40 per box)
Fruit (depends on what is on sale starting Wednesday)
Pizza night!

Breakfast Casserole Recipe
Garlic and pepper to taste
Place croutons on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put veggies over croutons. Spread crumbled bacon over veggies. Sprinkle approx 4 oz. cheese evenly over pan. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and spices together well. Pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining 2 oz. cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
