<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A popular Italian restaurant in Raleigh's Glenwood South entertainment district will close its doors on April 5.

According to a post on the 518 West Italian Cafe Facebook page, the owners of the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group decided to close 518 West and "pursue other opportunities with the property."

The post thanked their management, staff, loyal customers and neighborhood friends who supported the restaurant for many years.
