UNC versus Duke in the Final Four.

So many story lines, so much history and a spot in the National Championship game on the line.

Final Four tickets go on sale months before the NCAA tournament ever starts. For the average fan looking to get in the game now, you’re looking a pretty big price tag.

UNC student Gabriela Duncan has one of the best seats in the house for the match up against Duke Saturday night.

"I play alto saxophone so get to be in the front row," Duncan told us.

She’s part of the band and has been right there under the bright lights and towering scoreboards for every game of the Tar Heel’s magical march madness run.

"It’s been amazing, I was not expecting any of this to happen," Duncan said. "This is something that has been a dream of mine."

Duncan paid for her dream trip with years of saxophone practice, but the average fan will be paying big bucks to be at this game.

5 On Your Side priced out a trip for two to the Final Four. The lowest priced tickets came in at $350 a piece, plus taxes and fees, on ticketmaster.com.

But remember, the game is in the SuperDome, so those seats are very far from the court.

For closer to court-side, you’re looking at well over $20,000.

Looking on Expedia, leaving Friday and returning Sunday, you’ll find hardly any round trip flights to New Orleans out of Raleigh or Greensboro, so you’re likely looking at a 13-and-a-half hour drive.

With gas prices in Raleigh averaging $4.03 per gallon, you could easily spend more than $3-hundred dollars on gas depending on how fuel efficient your car is.

On hotels.com, the least expensive hotel we found was $648 for two nights.

Total it all up and you’re looking at a minimum $1,800 dollars to be at the game, all eyes will be on this weekend.

"A lot of people are really anxious," Duncan said. "I’m honestly excited, I know I will be nervous closer to the time we actually play. I think it is going to be a good game at least."

If you want tickets, the NCAA partners with Ticketmaster, UNC has a partnership with StubHub and there are other reputable resellers you can buy from.

Just use extreme caution when buying from lesser known sites and on social media.

When it comes to finding a place to stay, Airbnb is warning about scam sites and telling people to always book with them directly through their site or app.
