Raleigh police were investigating a shooting on Haresnipe Court in Raleigh on Sunday morning. 



<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 36-year-old man died from injuries he sustained during a shooting in Raleigh on Sunday morning.

Kenneth Edward Scott Jr. was shot in the 3900 block of Haresnipe Court near Leesville Road at around 10 a.m. Haresnipe Court is near the Pickwick Village subdivision across from Capital Oaks Retirement Resort.

Vance Louis Winston IV, 25, was charged with murder in Scott's death. He remained at Wake County Detention Center.

Raleigh police did not release a motive for the shooting.
