RALEIGH, N.C. — A home off Oberlin Road in Raleigh sold for almost $2 million. It only has three bedrooms.
The Zillow listing for 1905 Lewis Circle shows the 4,081 sq. ft. home sold on May 9 for $1,952,000.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home was built in 1935. It has an office, a sunroom, hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, a basement rec room and an open covered porch overlooking the backyard and gardens, according to the listing.

Photos show a lot of natural lighting and built-in bookcases in the living room.

The home, which sits on 0.81 acres, has a winding garden in the backyard and even an old basketball court.

The premier location inside the Beltline is close to Village District and biking distance from Five Points.
