3 arrested after 2 men fatally shot in Raleigh

Three people have been arrested after two men were fatally shot in early September.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Three people have been arrested after two men were fatally shot in early September, Raleigh police said Thursday.

Police were called to the 2700 block of Community Drive on Sept. 4 and found two men with gunshot wounds.

Vincente Arocho, 28, died at the scene, and Jaquan Tyrone Dumas, 31, was transported to WakeMed, where he died, police said.

That week, police said Jonathan Isaiah Manning, 21, and Tyshon Gerod Solomon, 22, were charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

Police said Thursday that Jesse Dontez Frazier, 22, was charged with two counts of murder.
