27-year-old man killed in domestic shooting at Fayetteville home
Fayetteville police were called to the 42 block of Colby Court around 1:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 27-year-old man died Sunday afternoon in a Fayetteville shooting.
Fayetteville police were called to a home in the 42 block of Colby Court around 1:30 p.m. Officers said there was a domestic disturbance between two people in the home.
During the disturbance, a man identified as 27-year-old James Robert Hailey was shot. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The shooting remains under investigation.
