ROXBORO, N.C. — Roxboro police have charged a man following the Dec. 5 drive-by shooting of 22-year-old Dontayvn Long.

Quamaine Cunningham, 26, from Roxboro, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Monday night around 7:30 p.m.
