<p>Well, good evening everybody. I, uh, all I can say is, wow. You know, what, what a night, what a, uh, what a campaign, you know, we started this race about, I would guess six months ago, give or take. And when I tell you that we had no idea what we were getting into or what to do, I mean, we had no idea what we were doing or what to do next. But because of, uh, the help of too many people to name we are where we are and for me to all of you, let me just say again, thank you. And before I get started into the meat of my remarks, I have to have to have to say thank you to one special person. It'll be the only person I name who's not elected or, uh, any endorsee. And that is my wife, Joanna. Hold on, hold on. I'm gonna ask for a big raucous round of applause in a moment. But she has been supportive. She has kept up with me on the campaign trail all while running a small business, being active in her Bible study. She kept our two girls are they still here. She kept our two girls, she kept me, um and she has just been exemplary in every way over these last six months. So now please join me in a very loud and raucous round of applause. Now to the, to the other. Thank yous. I have to, uh, specifically thank President Trump. Um Yeah, thank you with all that he has going on and all that he is being subjected to with what even CNN is now acknowledging is nothing but an unjust show trial. He welcomed me to his home in Florida. He was gracious, he was inquisitive and he has uh his endorsement was a tremendous boost to our campaign. There's no other way to say that and we thank him for it. I also have to have to thank Senator Ted Budd. He has been a humble servant. He's been patient. He has called to check in. He has been uh just an unbelievable partner and behind the scenes networker for me and again, without his support, I'm confident that I would not have been here. Also. Representative Dan Bishop again, he sent in one of the strongest endorsements that I've seen. Uh it was unsolicited, but out of principle, he sent us the endorsement and it was also a tremendous boost. Congresswoman Virginia Fox. I tell you, you know, you've earned something when you get something from Congresswoman Fox because nobody tells that lady what to do. Yeah, and there are there are also many local elected officials, current and former. I want you to know that I thank you. And I look forward to working with all of you as we move forward to November and beyond. And lastly, let me thank in a very heartfelt and humble way. Many of you are here tonight. The unpaid grassroots volunteers that worked, polls knocked on doors, sent text messages, sent emails uh and really did the ground work for this campaign. You guys made the difference and I am truly humbled to have been the beneficiary of all your hard work and support. And I look forward to continuing this campaign alongside of you. So thank you. Now, now, from here, I can tell you that we're gonna press forward with the same message that we pushed throughout this campaign. One that's focused on really how blessed each one of us is to be here in this country. This is the greatest country that the world has ever seen and for its entire existence, it has been the greatest force for good that this earth has known it's facing as all of us know more challenges that are deeper and more severe and that if they don't go corrected, this country will lose ground to the point of being irredeemable. It's incumbent upon all of us to take the fight to these challenges, to work together and to solve them quickly and decisively. And as we look forward to November, I'd be remiss if I did not say that most of these problems have come from a leftist ideology that seems to be grabbing a greater and greater share of the Democratic Party. By the day, we must revert back to the Constitution, to traditional values and to truth that made this country great. The direction that we are currently on as I stated is flatly untenable and it must be reversed. And I am confident when I say that doing this can only be achieved by committed conservatives who are willing to fight for this country and fight for the constitution. And that's exactly what I intend to be in Congress. Now, from here we have one more race. We must reorient towards November. We must focus, we must go and speak with anybody Democrat, independent and Republican. I want to come and meet with you and speak with you.
