<b>GARNER, N.C.</b> — A 19-year-old woman died Thursday after she was shot at the In Town Suites Extended Stay hotel in Garner, police said.

According to police, Chadiya Jones, 19, was shot at about 10:45 a.m. at the hotel, on U.S. Highway 70.

Markease Morgan, 21, of Garner, has been charged with first-degree murder in Jones' death. Police said the two knew each other.
